The wife is making me clean out the basement. In the 18 years that I have been guiding and teaching I have accumulated a LOT of gear. Selling bits and pieces at rendezvous gear swaps isn't moving it out fast enough (she says).

Up for sale will be dynamic climbing ropes, rappelling and canyoneering ropes, helmets, harnesses, carabiners, rappel/belay devices, lead climbing gear, dry bags, rope bags, packs, tents, cooking gear, rock climbing shoes, canyoneering shoes, wetsuits, and much much more.

Sale will be held in the ACA's new classroom in Cedar City. 148 North 100 West. Sign isn't up yet, so look for the address on the building. Located across from Evans Hair Styling College (and around the corner from Mike's Tavern).

Thursday, May 8th, 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Friday, May 9th, 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Unfortunately not. If I had the time to inventory, price and list everything, I would put it on eBay. And ... selling it all online would avoid my other agenda ... showing off the new classroom/store.

Odds are good I won't be able to sell everything. I will provide a list of any good stuff left over after the weekend. Less than prime stuff left over will be donated to Scouts or DI.

Thanks to everyone who showed up on Thursday and Friday evening. The hoard on Thursday picked through the best of the gear. Between the shoppers on Friday and the students in the Technical Canyoneering Course over the weekend, almost everything is gone. I will post a few remaining things here and donate the rest to DI or Boy Scouts.
