Directions to Trailhead
Negro Bill Shuttle
Drop your shuttle vehicle off first at the Negro Bill Canyon Trailhead. Head north out of Moab for 1 mile on 191. When you hit 128, head east for ~3 miles to the large parking area for Negro Bill.
Medeival Chamber Trailhead - Sand Flats
Return to Moab and turn east on Millcreek Road. take this to the Sand Flats road, which you will follow in to the Sand Flats Rec area. Make sure you have some cash to pay the day use fee. Once you pass the 'Slickrock' biking parking lot, watch your milage for ~1.5 miles until the road crosses a wash. Park anywhere near here.
Approach
From the parking area, follow the wash as it head north. You may have to go around a few dryfalls, or climb out of the drainage a time or two. Eventually you will reach a little downclimb in to a small pool. Keeping heading in and you will be to the first rappel soon

Description: Standard Route
When you get to the main dryfall into the Chamber, gear up and drop in. It is about 100'. At the bottom, exit the chamber and you are almost immediately above Morning Glory arch. There is a tree to use as an anchor if you do not want to simul rap the arch.
Exit
Once you have pulled your ropes down the final rappel, follow the hiker trail out to your car. The trail will cross the stream several times. This hike out is likely the longest part of the entire route, and will be hot in the summer time.
Alternate Route Information
There are a few different routes you can take to mix things up or avoid setting up a shuttle. There is a way to upclimb back to the top after exiting the Chamber, and BEFORE the final rap. Also, for good climbers, after the final rappel, while hiking out towards your car, you can keep your eye out on the right canyon wall for a place to climb back up, and circle around towards the trailhead.
