Oktoberfest?

My wife's parents recently moved to Ogden UT for work, have lived in Tulsa Oklahoma the majority of their lives.

My father-in-law loves Oktoberfest, and was wondering if there's any good happenings in Utah. I figure there's a fair number of people spending at least some time in Utah that are on this site. Any recommendations?

Not sure what the best is, but Snowbird ski resort has a pretty good event every year.
