There is a short canyon with a nice waterfall and narrows. The current is very strong. It is best done when the river is flowing under 80 CFS. The river valley is open at this point. Wade scramble or swim downstream. There are many options. You can control the amount of difficulty you encounter. You will soon come to a fifteen foot high waterfall with a pretty little narrows below. The water is generally deep here. There are more rapids down stream and various ways through and or around them.
