Lake Creek is a tributary of the Little Wenatchee River in the Wenatchee National Forest north of state route 2. It has a short scenic canyon with 2 rappels and easy access. Downclimb two small cascades and you will come to the first drop. The waterfall is 30 feet high. A pinch between two rocks provides an anchor. Rap into a deep pool, swim through a short narrows, and pull the rope. Even though the falls is only 30 feet high, a 150 foot rope will greatly facilitate rope retrieval. The next drop is 15 feet and can be anchored from a tree root on the left.
