Little Goose Creek has a deep, scenic, and geologically interesting canyon southwest of Mount Adams in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. It is a little under a mile in length. Shortly downstream is the first waterfall. It is about 15 feet. Another short distance downstream is the largest waterfall on the creek, about 60 feet. Continuing down stream, there are enormous walls of columnar basalt on the left side. Many blocks have fallen off leaving five and six sided boulders in the bottom of the canyon. The canyon gets narrower and steeper. More downclimbing and some swimming lead to a beautiful narrows.
