Cascade Creek has an outstanding canyon with wonderful scenery, jumps, slides , swims, waterfalls, and even a 150 foot guided rappel. You can expect to make 5 or 6 rappels. The upper part of the canyon is very deep and has far less vegetation than one normally finds in the creeks of western Oregon. After the technical challenges are over, the beauty of the canyon continues. The creek turns sharply right and goes into a very scenic narrows.
