Lost Creek is a small stream that descends through heavily logged forestlands in the Coast Mountains northeast of the city of Mission in southwestern British Columbia. The drainage is unremarkable for much of its length, however, as the creek encounters a resistant knoll towards its lower end, the stream carves an incredibly scenic gorge in fractured granitic rocks. The canyon is relatively short and easy to descend, but the beauty of the gorge and easy access makes it a worthwhile addition to a longer day, or an excellent canyoning descent on its own.
