Little City of Rocks is noted for its wonderful hoodoos and rock formations. About a quarter mile past the parking area there is the remains of an old dam. Follow the old road which becomes a trail. It leads into the canyon which has easy hiking. Some small waterfalls can be easily bypassed. Side drainages provide more challenging hiking.
