Phog Canyon:
Phog Canyon is located between Parker Canyon and Hog canyon. It features two rappels, one 130 feet freehanging and another 70 footer. After that the canyon cuts through some nice conglomerate rock and shows off some nice spires... Ascend back up the 70 footer and then take the scree slope on canyon left just downstream of the 130 footer.
