The harness has very little use. It is in great shape. I lost weight and is now too big for me. Date of manufacture was in 1993. It was issued to me new in package by my employer so I am the only one to wear it. Not sure on the exact size but my waist was 38 when it fit but was about as tight as you could get it. So I would say it would fit 38-44 waist. 80.00 SLC area
