Hwy 14 (between Cedar City and Hwy 89) is closed to through traffic. A mud slide wiped out a section of the road near the SUU Mountain Center. There is currently a heavy flow of muddy water coming down Cedar Canyon (Coal Creek). Road will likely remain closed for several days for rebuilding.
