The American Canyoneering Association (ACA) Canyon Forums are moderated public forums dedicated to serving the interests of the canyoneering community. It is not the responsibility of the ACA or the forum management team to confirm the validity of information posted. Messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of the ACA.
You agree through your use of the forums that you will not post any material that is knowingly false, dishonest, or inaccurate; nor a message that is abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or otherwise inflammatory; nor that is in a violation of any law.
Spamming is not allowed. This includes registering solely for the purpose of linking to a web site that is not connected to canyoneering or which promotes or sells non-canyoneering items including gambling, warez, porn, hosting services, pharmaceuticals, etc. Any registrations that fall under this category will be deleted without notice. New registrations not activated by email confirmation within a reasonable period of time may also be deleted in order to keep our user count accurate.
You understand through your use of these forums that messages you post that are not in keeping with these guidelines will be deleted.
Any member of the forum management team has complete authority to remove, edit, move, or lock any post or thread at their discretion, and to remove duplicate posts and nicknames.
The ACA forum management team has complete authority to ban you from using the forums for not complying with these Terms of Service.
